Sr. Manager - Total Rewards Consulting role will be the delivery of Compensation initiatives for the Product and Engineering businesses as well as other business functions across India. This role will also lead/participate/deliver on benefit plan management for India, as well as have the opportunity to participate in global Compensation and/or Benefit projects.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Inviting applications from Candidates working for IT organizations or MNC's
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Human Resources or related field
- 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in Compensation and Benefit roles
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards, ideally across India
- Experience in large public multi-national company highly preferred
- Experience and ability to manage external brokers and external supplier
- Effective and efficient project management experience
- Prior experience leading a Compensation/Benefits team
