- Design and implement Compensation, Benefits and Rewards framework, initiatives and policies.
- Work on Salary Grid and Structure, Salary Budget proposal. Create Salary Ranges.
- Compensation bench marking. Gather Market Insights
- Benefit Policy making
- Employee Insurance Management
- Pay structure and variable pay designing.
- Job evaluation and Career mapping
- Design compensation & benefits analytics framework that would provide useful insights to the business.
- HR Analytics and Reporting and develop employee dashboards
- Excellent Advanced MS Excel skills & Number crunching abilities
