Senior Manager (Time & Labor Analyst - US Payroll)

- You will process the U.S. payroll on a semi-monthly basis while using Payroll Software and serves as the point of contact for internal clients (U.S. & International) and collaborates with the HR team on payroll related actions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Processing Payroll:

- Process the semi- monthly payroll for International (Expats, TCN's) and U.S.-based employees using Payroll Software

- Review all incoming payroll related documents and enter them into Payroll Software

- Manage time and labor processing to ensure all timecards are turned in and approved by payroll deadlines

- Prepare and process non-timesheet related payroll items (i.e., allowances, bonuses, leave, etc.,)

- Process retroactive allowances (COLA, Post Differentials, SMA, and Danger Pay)

- Process several timecard corrections to make changes to invoices sent to USAID and Inter-company clients

- Work with other departments (IT, MIS, HR, and Project Management) to resolve pay related issues and to ensure that employees are set up correctly in all systems.

- Handle tax changes for Expats, Visa holders and Telecommuters

- Assist with system testing for changes to the OTL module

- Work on 999 corrections and the reconciliation of the 999 corrections

- Respond and assist employees in a timely manner

- Assist in W2 preparations and year-end adjustments

- Use Excel to develop spreadsheets for reconciling data in systems and for conducting research

- Other duties as assigned

Reporting and Reconciliation

- Develop, generate and provide necessary reports for HR, ESOP, 401(k), etc.

- Reconcile hours and allowances between Oracle and ADP

- Reconciliations of all terminations

- Submit New Hire reporting

Technical

- Serve as the company's subject matter expert on all payroll processing

- Additional responsibilities as deemed necessary.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Proven experience of 8+ Years processing payroll for US Clients and multi-state payroll environments using Payroll Software.

2. Demonstrated experience providing top notch customer service to internal clients.

3. Proficiency working with Excel.

4. Experience conducting reconciliations.

5. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
