- Developing and delivering effective competency-based trainings to all staff across the business
- Formulating training policies, modules for staff, customers. (Product, Process and Business Trainings)
- Performing behavior assessment and skills assessment to identify the training needs in line with organizational goals
- Using internal knowledge management systems, business applications, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) for program coordination
- Evaluating the participation, learning effectiveness, and impact of one-time and ongoing programs to provide regular reporting and analysis for Senior Leader
- Liaising with training vendors and trainers across India and with local and other universities
- Ensuring compliance of statutory induction training for new engineering staff with inputs from Health and Safety, and Quality
- Leading employee training and development division by monitoring competency grids and identifying training needs for skill / competency up-gradation
- Collecting program feedback and performing value added analysis for enhancing program effectiveness
- Conducting needs analysis and worked with subject matter experts to develop customized training programs to meet identified needs
- Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs
