Sr. Manager - Technical Lead - IBMS

- Provides governance, leadership and guidance to location leads and facilities Chief Engineers in maintenance of IBMS system
- Works with facility and location engineering team to determine how IBMS operations are performing. Manage the IBMS systems in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. Develops and executes a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to ensure that the facility's physical plant and facilities are in excellent and efficient condition.
- Record and review breach in SLAs by vendors.
- Management and review of vendor performance against defined SLAs.
- Periodic review and provide feedback on contract performance.
- Responsible for city / cluster contracts with various OEMs and service providers.
- Conduct periodic audits of works for agreed outcome and quality execution of works.
- Conduct structured meeting on monthly / quarterly and evaluate vendors performance.
- Prepare vendor evaluations based on contract performance and certify SLAs and KPIs achieved.
- Resolve issues on contract disputes in collaboration with procurement team.
- Implement necessary changes to SOW during renewal of contracts bases last year performance and business requirement.
- Responsible to administer organization standard operating procedures and policies across the facilities.
- Reviews standard operating procedures of units for optimizing the performances.
- Conducts structured evaluation of process compliance and generated performance reports.
- Responsible for ensuring all statutory norms .
- Responsible for automation of systems and align with pan India strategy.
Crisis Management
- Risk assessment and Mitigation plan to be prepared and reviewed every year .
- Management program to be designed for mitigating the risk.
- Crisis management process and procedure to be prepared and practiced.
- Each of the emergency scenarios to be designed as Mock drills and practiced.
- Standard operating process to be written for each of the emergency scenarios.
- Communicate and update all the concerned Stake holders about the Crisis or Emergency.
- Adhering to the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery process and procedures.
- Ensure Zero/Minimum down time/Support BCP and BCM teams and restore the location to normal operations during various emergency scenarios
Compliance management
- To work towards optimum Risk performance Index improvement.
- To ensure 100% legal and statutory compliance, labor compliance.
- SEZ, STPI and Custom compliance to be understood and maintained as per the guidelines.
- Ensure compliance on Health Safety standards as per OHSAS 18001 and EMS 14001 Standards.
Reports and analysis
- Need of reports to be identified and designed in coordination with the stakeholders to capture relevant metrics
- Digitalization of the reports to be planned based on the criticality
- Shared service management and report review and analysis.
Planning & Budgeting
- Preparation of the Budget in coordination with all the service lines.
- Ensure optimum and effective utilization of budget in providing congenial work environment and amenities for the work place.
- Cost optimization initiatives to be driven to eliminate the wastages.
- Vendor payment to be done as per the process and the service level agreement.
- Financial review of budget and expense management
Transition Management
- Understand the change and transition management of various types like new facility takeover, transport platform change, Project migration etc.
- Design the change management process, metrics and measurement points.
- Periodic follow up and Monitoring of the Transition management track.
- Timely escalation at the appropriate level as and when the deviation is observed.
- Timely implementation of the various milestone of transition project .
- Tracking and governance of the application legal and statutory laws due the Change.
Stakeholders
- Understand expectations of internal and external stakeholders and work towards meeting them.
- Contribute towards driving change management in various engagements as needed.
- Ability to construct a change management plan and socialize with all the stakeholders to achieve the transformation from existing solution/process to new solution/process.
- Ability to resolve a conflict situation with all stakeholders consensus.
