We have a position of Sr. Manager - Technical Facilities for Payment Solution Gaint .
- Location-Gurgaon
- Qualification: Should be a B Tech/BE (Preferably Electrical) from a good college.
- Work Experience: Minimum 7-12 years of experience, with 3-4 years into data center management
- Candidate should be currently in Facility Management profile.
- Should have a good understanding of managing data center
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Preferably from the service industry : Credit Cards, BPO, Banks, NBFCs, Telecom, Insurance.
Role Summary/Purpose
Single Point of Contact for resolution of all technical and electronic queries across
Responsible for wing to wing operations of all electronic equipment related to facilities function across location
Ensure zero downtime for all the technical services including the UPS, Air Conditioning Services and other equipment related to facilities function
Create and maintain SOPs for relevant equipment and implement the same
Leading cost optimization and process improvement initiatives at the designated locations along with Internal stakeholders and Facilities suppliers.
Lead change initiatives that will enable Facilities to reach a world-class level of operations and employee experience.
Essential Responsibilities
Ensure implementation of PPM schedules and checklists pertaining to technical services
Periodically check / amend checklist, operation steps, and spare parts consumption analysis
Lead a team of Full time, Non full time employees and Real Estate/Facilities suppliers to execute on process and project related deliverables.
Periodically check / amend checklist, operation steps, and spare parts consumption analysis
Verification and submission of all bills and invoices in time pertaining to services taken from the vendor
Responsible for overall healthiness of the equipment and upkeep to high standards of operations and maintenance.
Organize and coordinate formal monthly meetings with vendors.
Ensure for preparation of Daily and Monthly reports for all technical equipment.
Preparation of manuals and asset registers for technical equipments.
Regular interaction with respective vendors to ensure proper service as per the PSA
Initiation and implementation of automated tools which enhance Facility effectiveness
Recommend and implement cost reduction initiatives
Co-ordinate with OEM for service obligation as per Warranty/AMC
Ensure all safety guidelines/ requirements are adhered to by team members/vendors.
Interacting with the senior management team for all technical related issues/concerns.
Driving Superior employee experience:
Execute process improvements to streamline process, build controls and improve stakeholder and employee experience.
Interact with employee on a regular basis to gauge satisfaction levels and recommend/execute action plans basis the feedback.
Facilities Project Management:
Managing project activities and handling the complete cycle of the project management entailing requirement gathering and final execution of projects.
Managing outsourced PMC Agencies/ Resources using appropriate communication, delegation and planning skills
Ensure successful transition to new sites as per business requirements.
Responsible for implementing best EHS practices at site by complying with all site safety processes
Regulatory compliance at the Site:
Responsible for complying all statutory applicable standards at the specific site/project related to technical equipments
Setting-up and monitoring of SLA- s/KPI- s:
Drive standards and operating rhythms with supply chain, customers and key stakeholders; manage contractual obligations in the IFM agreement by measuring supplier performance versus contractual Key Performance Indicators/Service Level Agreements
Facilities Budgeting and Expense control:
Develop and manage annual operating budgets, actively manage cost productivity initiatives, establish and maintain the cost baseline
Manage facility capex planning, including Planned Preventive Maintenance and asset replacement plans, and provide operational input for capital and other facilities related projects to ensure successful delivery and operation
Drive Operational Risk standards:
Manage audit program and recommendations for performance improvement initiatives
Maintain operational risk standards through the service providers for Environmental Health and Safety and Security and Crisis Management through coordination of functional leads and business stakeholders
Serve as liaison with regard to site Business Continuity Plans in coordination with BCM/EHS leader.
Inventory Management & Fixed asset Management:
Documentation, monitoring and Auditing of Fixed assets at the designated locations
Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role)Strategize and drive execution (along with multiple Internal & External stakeholders/Suppliers) on the Site strategy (Setting up of new Sites/Re-location) and ensure service delivery with 100% adherence to Cost & Timelines and 'Zero defects' on Regulatory/EHS/Local laws and regulations.
Ensure 100% Compliance on Regulatory aspects at the designated facilities.
Skills Sets Required
Should be able to work seamlessly during crises situations and plan backups
Self-starter with a commitment to meet deadlines - strong engagement to perform activities identified in the project plan and meet the Key milestones of the project.
Ability to work well independently, as well as within a team environment
Ability to think out of box and drive innovative solutions keeping in mind the business objectives.
Fair working knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to details, experience with data analytics - Supplier Invoicing/Payments
