Senior Manager/Team Leader - Indirect Tax/Goods & Service Tax - CA - Bank

We are currently retained by a leading Bank to recruit Sr Manager / Indirect Tax for Mumbai.

Handle engagements related to :

- Indirect Tax Laws, Appeals

- Tax Restructuring

- Tax (specifically GST) Advisory

- Consulting pertaining to GST Service Tax, VAT, Excise and Customs

- Deal with Indirect Tax specifically GST Compliance,oversee and monitor GST implementation

- Identify risk areas and sustainable planning opportunities for indirect taxes throughout the tax life cycle.

- Devising and providing recommendations to address a wide range of issues and problems

- Advise firm on various GST guidelines and managing the assessment and litigation too

- Post GST implementation ensure and monitor that the relevant compliances are being executed

Essentials :

- Be a qualified CA from year pass out 1998 till 2003

- Experience in Big 4 / CA firm / Law firm / Tax firm / Banks / Insurance / FMCG/ Telecom

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Team player
