Senior Manager/Team Lead - Bond & Bank Loan Ratings

There is an urgent requirement with one of leading Credit Rating and Research Company

Designation : Senior Manager (Team Lead)

Minimum Qualification : MBA - Finance / CA/CFA

Location : Delhi

- Candidate should have good knowledge about credit rating, credit risk

- Candidates from credit rating Agency should apply

Key Areas :

1. Provide analytical inputs to the team and ensure consistent and high quality ratings reports in the Rating Committee

2. Supervise & guide the team on client interaction for information, data and documents needed for rating

3. Meetings and interactions with senior client people including CFO/CEO

4. Set & monitor team targets, responsible for team productivity

5. Review various team performance metrics on a regular basis and provide updates to senior management

6. Responsible for timely completion of Ratings and Rating Rationales

7. Ensure the rating notes containing rating recommendation is prepared in a time bound manner by following:

A. Highest ethical standards, independence and objectivity

B. Company policies

C. Company rating criteria

8. Work as a member of Rating Committee (as and when applicable)

9. Keep oneself fully updated on the latest regulatory guidelines (as applicable to CRAs)

10. Keep oneself updated on economic and industry level factors that may have a bearing on credit quality

11. Responsible for training of analysts
