Position Title: Senior Manager - Taxation & Treasury
Business Unit: Finance & Control/Financial Operations
Reporting To: General Manager - Financial Operations

Position Summary:(Comprehensive summary of what the job exists to accomplish)
- Handling of Direct & Indirect Taxes & Treasury - Income tax, Service tax, PF, PT, ESI. Deposit of taxes, Filing returns, handling both direct & indirect assessments and queries. Making daily and monthly cash flows, maintenance of banking relationship
Key Accountabilities: (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)
Taxation:
- Ensure that TDS, Service Tax, Wealth Tax, Income Tax are deposited correctly and as per statutory timeline.
- All Tax Return are prepared in consultation with the Tax Consultant and filed as per statutory timeline.
- Furnish the required information by the tax authorities to ensure that assessment proceedings are completed in co-ordination with the Tax Consultant.
- Co-ordinate with Tax Consultant to determine tax implications wherever clarity is not required. Also seek opinions or professional guidance from Tax Consultants on matters regarding the business as the case may be whenever required.
- Ensure that Transfer pricing documentation is maintained as required under the Income Tax Act and also ensure that transactions are at arms length basis as per the method adopted by the company. Review the methods adopted for appropriateness in lieu of any changes in legislation and business need.
Cash Flow:
- Preparation of Daily cash flow statement to help managing funds in an effective way.
- Preparation of monthly cash forecast to facilitate timely transfer of funds for investment activity and estimate capital requirements.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications: (Framework required by the position)
- Qualifications (Desired): MBA (Finance), ACA, ACMA, LLB, CA INTER along with B.Com from good institutes (Tier 2/Tier 3)
- Experience: 3-8 Years
