Senior Manager - Taxation - Customs

- CA / CA + LLB with minimum 10 years of working experience in direct tax and customs

- Should be able to advise on import/export procedure, documentation, classification,applicable rate, exemption etc.

- Addressing & resolving customs related concerns raised by Company's operational teams.

- Should have experience in drafting & finalization of replies to show cause notices/letters.

- Hands on experience on liaisoning and appearance before customs and appellate authorities in adjudication and other related matters.

- Finalizing and filing of appeals/writs in consultation with legal counsels.

- Representation before tax investigation/intelligence authorities in coordination with internal stakeholders and counsels.

- Obtaining necessary approvals & NOC from customs authorities with respect to periodical re-export of leased aircrafts.

- Submission of litigation update to auditors on quarterly basis and addressing auditor's queries.
