Objective of the Role: To design, drive, and institutionalize best-in-class Talent Performance and Learning & Development strategies that enable a high-performance culture, accelerate capability development, and support the growth of individuals and teams across the organization. The role will serve as a strategic partner to business and HR leadership, ensuring talent practices are future-ready, data-driven, and aligned with organizational goals. You Will: - Lead the end-to-end design and execution of Org's performance management framework, ensuring it drives accountability, transparency, and growth. - Enable a culture of continuous feedback and performance coaching by building manager capabilities and embedding best practices. - Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy, including technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs tailored to diverse talent needs. - Collaborate with senior leaders, HRBPs, and functional heads to identify skill gaps and future capabilities, translating them into targeted learning interventions. - Launch and scale initiatives such as talent review, career development paths, mentorship programs, and internal mobility frameworks. - Curate and manage a portfolio of learning platforms, tools, and vendor partnerships to support a blended learning ecosystem. - Measure and report the impact of performance and learning interventions using analytics and actionable insights. - Champion a culture of growth, curiosity, and continuous learning across the organization. - Stay updated on emerging trends in talent development, performance practices, and digital learning, bringing innovative ideas to the table. Qualifications: - 10-12 years of progressive experience in HR, with a strong focus on Performance Management and Learning & Development. - Proven expertise in designing and scaling performance frameworks and L&D programs in high-growth, dynamic environments (preferably in tech or product organizations). - Strong understanding of modern performance philosophies (e.g., OKRs, continuous feedback, talent calibrations). - Deep knowledge of learning strategies, instructional design, adult learning principles, and the use of digital L&D platforms. - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively across levels and functions. - Strong program management, facilitation, and execution capabilities. - Analytical mindset with experience in using data and insights to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. - Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, is preferred. - Location: Willingness to work 5 days a week from our Gurugram office.
