Job Description :


- The HR Manager - Talent Management and PMS will be in charge of the planning, development, and implementation of talent management and performance management systems.


Client Details :

- This is a large-scale organization in the FMCG and Consumer Durables industry with a strong presence across India.

Description :

- Strategizing and implementing talent management processes.

- Create and maintain a comprehensive talent management framework including performance management, employee development, succession planning, and career pathways.


- Develop and implement competency frameworks and integrate them into people processes and organizational practices.


- Lead talent reviews, assessment centers, high-potential identification, and succession planning initiatives.


- Setting up and managing performance management systems (PMS).


- Conducting training and development programs.


- Work with business leaders and managers to coach, train, and for their career development opportunities as well.


- Preparing and reporting on HR metrics to the management team.


- Overseeing HR projects and initiatives.


- Maintaining knowledge of trends and best practices in the Human Resources field.


Profile :


A successful Sr. Manager - Talent Management and PMS should have :

- 5-8 years of overall experience in Talent Management CoE only

- Open to Mumbai as a location and 5 days work from office


- Tier 1 and 2 (AAA+) colleges only


- Should be comfortable working with ambiguity, as well as to design, and execute strategies

from the scratch


- Candidate should come with experience dealing with FMCG or Consumer Durables industry
