- Develop an integrated Talent Management framework at the backdrop of the organization's future strategy & core Values.
- Design , Develop , Implement & Govern robust talent development programs to build internal talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with the leadership team and business HR in managing & retaining the Hi Potential and Key Talent through their life cycle.
- Promote diversity & inclusion in all talent management practices; Develop & monitor diversity initiatives to create an inclusive workplace.
- Drive excellence to performance management process & build a culture of coaching in the organization
