Job Description: HR Manager - Talent Management & Organization Development
Position Overview:
Our client is a Bank and seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of Talent Management, Learning and Development, Organization Development, Performance Management System, Career Development, and Process Building within the organization. The successful candidate should have a solid background in human resources, with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
1] Talent Management:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify key skill requirements and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.
Learning and Development:
- Design and deliver training programs that align with the organization's goals and individual employee development needs.
- Identify training needs through performance evaluations, employee feedback, and skill gap analysis.

- Develop and implement organizational change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during periods of change.

- Design and maintain an effective performance management system to monitor employee performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist managers in setting clear performance objectives and development plans for their team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and implement necessary interventions.
4] Career Development:
- Collaborate with employees to create personalized career development plans.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on career growth opportunities within the organization.
- Facilitate career development workshops and coaching sessions.
5] Process Building:
- Establish and enhance HR processes and policies to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Streamline and optimize HR operations to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement HR technology solutions to support various HR functions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven 8-12 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Organization Development.
- Strong knowledge of performance management systems, career development practices, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in process building and improving HR operations.
- Sound knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
