Reports to Chief of Head HR
- The role will essentially focus on reworking the exisiting TM structure and policies. Build competency framework across levels, Hi Pot formats, performance management tools and systems.
- Demonstrated success with assignments in organization re-structuring, managing change, business process re-engineering, talent effectiveness, performance management and total rewards
Someone with an OD, talent management hands on experience will be a fit.
