Senior Manager - Talent Management (Preferably from Tier-I BSchools))

- Ability to influence without direct reporting lines and develop strong relationships with global stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to recruit highly qualified candidates
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and demonstrated ability to follow through and execute with proven results
- Experience determining sourcing and branding strategies in region
- Experience managing external vendor relationships
Preferred Qualifications:- 12+ years of Talent Acquisition experience preferably in technology
- Experience with both professional and hourly hiring
- Experience with process design and standardization
- Experience in Diversity Recruitment
- Must have master degree from tier-I Bschools
