Role with my client which is a prominent player in the Health Insurance industry employing over 3500 direct employees. 

Client has recently transitioned to a new structure where they are carving out the HR Center of excellence functions (TM,L&D and rewards) and towards that they are looking to hire a person who can be part of this journey.

- This individual contributor role reports to a senior professional who is leading all the COE's and based in Gurgaon.

- They are looking to hire an MBA in HR from a premier B School who is a competent professionals with multi COE experience and can individually drive multiple initiatives to set up the Talent Management and Development functions
