- Provide consultative support to HR and business leaders on organization assessment and design, talent management and succession, leadership development and diversity.
- You will be a key member to drive and develop the alignment of organizational processes, systems and culture. You will assist teams to deliver on strategic projects, develop succession planning and other talent management activities.
- Talent Management will design and implement the talent management framework.
- People are the primary differentiator and enabling autonomy, mastery and purpose for our people is a strategic imperative. Our aim is develop high performing, highly engaged teams with org first thinking.
- The function will holistically own talent management including performance management, talent development, organization development, manager & leadership capability, diversity & inclusion and learning among others. The role will need to think systematically using technology and people levers to create the optimum environment for strong performance today and in the future.
