As a Manager of Talent Management (TM), you will play a key role in supporting organization strategy objectives in developing and retaining top talent to support the organization's strategic objectives. You will support the design and implementation of TM programs, including talent Mobility, performance management, succession planning, and employee development. Your expertise in talent assessment, leadership development, and employee engagement will be instrumental in building a high-performing workforce that drives the organization's success.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with the organization's overall business goals and talent needs.

- Design and implement performance management programs that measure employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and promote continuous development.

- Develop and implement succession planning programs to identify and prepare high-potential employees for future leadership roles.

- Lead employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and motivating work environment that fosters employee satisfaction and retention.

- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities, recruitment agencies, and professional organizations, to support talent acquisition and development efforts.

- Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of TM programs and inform future strategies.

- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in TM.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of TM tools, resources, and processes.

- Represent the team in meetings with senior management and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Grad / Post Grad in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Management.

- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing TM programs.

- Strong understanding of talent assessment methodologies, leadership development principles, and employee engagement strategies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
