A leading healthcare company based in Mumbai seeks a Senior Manager - Talent and Learning.
- The incumbent must be a Post-graduate from premium B-school with understanding of leadership development in large, complex and diversified businesses or a Post Graduate in OB/Psychology. This role is based in Mumbai and manages employees spread across the globe.
- The incumbent will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing and executing organization wide initiatives and programs to unlock potential and ultimately create a sustainable learning ecosystem for leaders across the globe. Person must have knowledge & experience in creating, implementing enterprise-level organizational and leadership development initiatives that drive business results across Functions & Geographies.
- A certified professional with 6 years of hands-on experience of designing & facilitating programs for a diverse group from different organisations & Culture through direct experience of learning concepts, training and development methods and techniques, in particular adult learning processes, instructional design techniques and evaluation/development methodologies.
- Ability to understand the fundamental drivers of the business and the industry
- Collaborative individual who can drive partnership, alignment and communication across functional, business and geographic lines at all levels.
- Ability to influence and gain support from key stakeholders and work with systems, processes, people and other organisational realities
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and accomplishing multiple tasks and work independently & as an individual contributor
- Commitment to improving own knowledge and skills and a passion for continuous learning
- Conduct market research into existing Academy's / Corporate universities, workplace learning in India / abroad, to understand and adopt best practices & learnings
- To identify appropriate delivery partners and create working relationships with them to deliver the solutions
- Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
- Monitor budgets and monthly expenditure reports
