We are handling an opportunity with our leading MNC Client into Services based at Bangalore.
- They are looking for someone who has expertise into Talent Acquisition 50% and 50 % into HR Operations well versed with VARIOUS HR policies, procedures, reward & recognition systems, strategic hr policies and processes, Talent Acquisition, On boarding, Employee Engagement & Relations, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations.
- Proficient in entire gamut of HR Functions including Employee Engagement & Employee Relationship Management, Recruitment & Manpower Planning, Payroll & Benefits, Onboarding & Training, Performance Management System. Significant experience HR Processes Operations, handling employee grievances & designing MIS records & reports.
- Well versed with various HR Automation tools like HRIS, Workday etc..
- Talent Management & Development I Policy Assessment & Formulations I HR transformation Projects I Performance Management System I Compensation and benefits I Statutory compliance & Labour laws.
- Experience of working in BPO/IT/ITES/Banking would be preferred.
- Experience should not be less than 15 years. Maximum CTC range would be in the range of 28 to 32 Lpa.
