Candidate Profile :
- MBA in HR from premier college with 10 to 15 years of experience in finance or technology companies need only apply
- Experience leading high impact learning and development teams.
- Have proficient leadership management skills.
- Keen problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
- An ability to tackle Return of Training Investment issues.
- Have excellent communication, multi tasking, interpersonal, facilitation, presentation & stake holder management skills.
