- 15-20 years of IT Recruitment Experience
- In depth understanding of end-to-end hiring cycle
- Strong understanding of sourcing channels
- Should have managed a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to front end with internal customers/Delivery partners/clients
- Should have strong understanding of the Talent Landscape
- Ability to gather Market intelligence
- Experience of working independently with minimum supervision
- Focus on Key KRA's - timelines, Cost, Revenue impact
- Experience in ramping large accounts
- Should have managed one or two large business units
- Should work closely with Resource Management Group for on-time fulfillment
- Process Adherence & Exposure to Recruitment Tools would be a plus.
- Willingness to learn
- Good reporting (Excel) and Presentation skills
