We are looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist in both Volume & lateral hiring for our client in the Ed tech sector.
Location Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
- Driving full spectrum of recruitment and selection activities
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for volume hiring in sales
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
- Partnering with leaders to track ongoing hiring needs
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and candidate satisfaction
Requirements
- MBA in Human Resource Management
- Experience in non-tech hiring ina new age consumer tech , ed tech or fin tech company.
- Hands on experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Creative ways of sourcing and headhunting talent
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and a team player
