Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Technology Hiring - IT

- This role is responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting efforts for Bangalore Center.

- The role will partner with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a strategic, effective and efficient recruiting process, provide leadership and direction to the recruiting team to include supervision, mentoring, coaching, training and developing staff..

- Will partner with the Leadership team to support strategic and operational hiring efforts and provide detailed analysis and insight into recruiting performance.
