Sr Manager-Talent Acquisition (Technology Hiring)
Responsibilities :
- Driving end to end hiring process and time-sensitive environment across business units. Taking care of hiring for different business units in Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Hyd and Bangalore development centers in IT Business.
- Hands-on on recruitment and responsible for senior level hiring.
- Driving weekly / Daily status calls (Offshore / Onsite) to ensure requirement tracking, status updates, closures, offer to joiner status, new ramp up discussions, strategizing plan of action for forthcoming targets / assignments.
- Providing Market Intelligence in terms of the skills footprint, availability in the market to business and provide insight of Indian Market.
- Responsible for hiring metrics, management reports, social media hiring / promotional activities and advertisement strategies, increasing communication reach and building candidates supply chain according to Business needs.
- Ensure effective performance optimization of all team members within agreed guidelines, ensuring all KPI's are set and appropriate development plans are devised, and mentoring / coaching provided as required.
- Handling 5-6 member team, focused on monthly targets.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities always, creating and maintaining a professional and positive team environment.
- Leadership skills and ability to drive results in a matrix environment.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and under tight deadlines.
- Worked on hiring ATS tools like Taleo and Workday (NOT MANDATORY)
