As a Senior Manager (Technology Hiring) you will be responsible to collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to identify talent needs, design recruitment processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Job Synopsis:
1) Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring for technology team
2) Lead team to drive efficiency and bringing new ideas to improve candidate and hiring manager experience.
3) Effectively provide thought leadership, set benchmarks, analyze data/metrics, Measure and cascade recruiting reporting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence, and make decisions informed by data.
4) Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that "best practice" recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process.
5) Demonstrate leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a team to achieve recruitment goals.
Key Requirements:
1)You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
