The incumbent will be responsible
- Managing stakeholders at CEO, Business Head levels
- Constantly keeping self updated on the Market Scenarios, Competitor Mapping, Hiring strategy
- Will be involved in creating Strategy in the recruitment space for the entire organization
- Plan Hiring for different business unit for the whole year
- Additionally will be also responsible for overlooking the hiring for one of the business units.
Candidate Profile:
- 12+ years experience in IT recruitment
- Should come with excellent communication
- Should have had experience in handling stakeholders at CEO, Business Head level
- Should have good market insights
