Purpose of the Role :

- To attract and recruit best quality of talent for the company by hiring across functions through effective sourcing channels, Implement Talent Acquisition strategy and create a talent pool for providing the right fit for the job and Develop Spar as an Employer Brand.

Company : A Retail Organization

Key Tasks & Responsibilities :

- Manpower planning with Business & Functional heads during Annual budget planning exercise.

- Create a Manpower requisition process and domain expert/specialist for acquiring new talent by means of creating a talent pool, recruitment, selection and hiring of staff across functions.

- Develop and implement social media solutions to strengthen our employer brand for new talent populations besides traditional sources like Consultants,Portals etc.

- Develop Job descriptions for all unique positions and support in Compensation/Benefits periodic survey.

- Embraces new technology and stays abreast of internet and web based search tools.

- Institutionalize best hiring methodologies including recruitment testing tools and responsible for providing right talent at the right time.

- Responsible for searching suitable candidates according to their profile, diversity, generate references, Head Hunting, undertaking telephonic interviews and scheduling personal interviews.

- Create a candidate data bank and build pipeline of resource for Critical positions.

- Building and Anchoring campus connect programs (Internship, Management trainee, Brand building, Contest,Case study in Retail etc.)

- Works collaboratively with department heads, consultant/vendors and the corporate HR team for hiring and internal transfers to fill open position.

- Responsible for making the salary fitment, and finalizing the offer after taking necessary approvals.

Competency and Skills :

- Has passion to drive Talent Acquisition with strategic thinking

- Understanding of Retail operations business

- Plans and organizes time effectively to meet goals and timelines.

- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and drives the closure and focus on highest priorities

- Networking with leading Headhunters or potential candidates with competitors will be and added advantage.

- Experience in Campus hiring & Job fair

Qualification : Post Graduate in Human Resources with good overall academic background

Specific / Relevant Experience & Industry :

- Candidate with 8-10 years in Talent Acquisition area worked in large business organization preferably Modern Retail Hypermarkets/ Fashion formats)

Age : About 30 to 35 years

Salary : Best in the Industry

Notice period : 1 Month.
