Position Name: Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition
Location: Mumbai Andheri East
Education: MBA or Equivelent
Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical):
- Knowledge of the end to end recruitment cycles, especially talent pipeline generation and sourcing at a eadership level.
- Exposure to Global Hiring practices will be preferred
- Successful track record of achievement in a fast-paced business environment.
- Experience : 8+ years of HR experience, with mandatory experience in Mid to Senior level leadership hiring
Purpose of the role :
This role is part of Global Talent Acquisition COE. It involves working on senior level recruitment across the organization.
Job Responsibilities :
Recruitment:
- Lead searches globally across all the Business Units, as part of the COE team
- Build effective market intelligence for Senior/ Leadership positions (both India and International)
- Deliver research on senior appointments to the highest standard; Carry out comprehensive and creative desk-based research for all assignment.
Campus Recruitment:
- Create and drive recruitment best practices, which can be adopted across the organization
- Lead and determine the best processes, programs, and policies to evolve and shape the future direction of campus programs
- Build and partner with senior business stakeholders to implement an effective and robust campus recruiting strategy for management and engineering graduates.
- Implement the Summer and Final placement strategy, developing a recruiting plan, working with business units in recruiting and on-boarding.
- Prepare a campus engagement calendar, covering the major events at campus and improving visibility across the campuses .
- Lead the Employer Branding initiatives, to create a holistic Employee Value Proposition for Campus .
