Accountabilities:
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies in partnership with the Human Resources Business Partners, Senior Business Leaders, and Hiring Managers.
- Your role will involve proactive activity anticipating talent needs, developing and executing sourcing plans, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management, and managing the hiring administration process.
- You will also work closely with the International Talent Acquisition to drive Talent Strategy for the Market.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Prior recruitment/ stakeholder management experience to show ability to work across various functions and provide strategic inputs.
- 14 to 16 years of experience in technology hiring.
- Excellent MS Office skills and ability to make executive presentations.
- Self-driven, able to complete the assigned tasks with limited supervision.
- Strong communication skills, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong focus on high quality deliverables, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong collaboration and team skills including working with cross-functional stakeholders across geographies.
- Enterprising attitude & innovative mindset.
