Position - Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition

Location - Mumbai
Key Responsibilities -
- Delivery of the hiring needs based on the headcount growth of the organization
- Identify opportunities to implement innovative methodologies to address the hiring needs.
- Ensures alignment of hiring strategy i.e. sourcing channels, selection methodologies and candidate care with the TA strategic and operating goals.
- Meeting recruiting targets by building talent pipelines for critical roles and managing internal or external stakeholders
- Participate and/or lead TA projects focused on continuous improvement of core programs and services.
- Provide Market Research and mapping for ongoing and new recruitment requirements
- Conducts job interviews for key jobs in the organization
Requirements :
- Minimum 8 years experience in Talent acquisition for Healthcare industry
Team management
- A proven track record of positive results and an ability to influence and drive team objectives
- Analytical and brings Data analysis experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
