I represent an Executive Search firm and we've have been mandated by one of our clients, a media and marketing giant to look for dependable Talent Acquisition Managers for their rapidly growing MNC in Kharadi, Pune.

This is a key role for the organisation, thd role reports into the Director TA and comes with the opportunity of interacting with global stakeholders and Hiring Managers for certain roles.

It's a full-time role, on the company's payroll, with the flexibility of working in hybrid mode (2 days from home)

Experience of working on media/digital marketing hiring will be a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles within the organization.

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

- Responsible for Niche skills like Martech, Data & Technology

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment strategies, and assist in the selection process.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with business needs.

- Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and delivering a professional interview process.

- Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring outcomes for review by senior management.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.

- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all recruitment processes and candidate interactions
