Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead a team of recruiters, sourcing specialists, and coordinators to hire top talent and provide an exceptional candidate experience. You will work closely with business leaders to find innovative solutions to recruitment challenges and participate in initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Leadership: Evaluate talent requirements, define critical roles, and finalize acquisition plans.
- Optimize Recruitment Processes: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from market research to offer extension.
- Inspire and Manage Team: Lead a talent acquisition unit to deliver outstanding results while maintaining SLAs.
- Senior and Leadership Hiring: Experience in hiring for niche skill sets and leadership roles.
- Reporting and Strategy: Create KPI reports, manage dashboards, and develop comprehensive sourcing strategies.
Success Metrics:
- Pipelining and hiring diverse talent.
- Building a performance culture within Talent Acquisition.
- Leadership and Culture: Report to the Head of Resourcing in India. The team values collaboration, innovation, and autonomy.
- Education: Should have Masters in HR from a Reputed institute
