Your roles & responsibilities will include:
- Head Talent Acquisition for the company reporting directly into the Head HR
- Manage all hiring for the company and have high stakeholder management skills
- Lead Employer branding across all campuses, managing the social agenda and employer positioning
- Streamline processes, work on policy changes and drive the hiring strategy at a CoE level
- This will be an individual contributor role to start off with-
