Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition
Strategy Development :
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to refine recruitment processes.
Team Leadership :
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve hiring targets.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure the team's success.
End-to-End Recruitment :
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience, maintaining communication throughout the hiring process.
Stakeholder Management :
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and job requirements.
- Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure alignment in recruitment practices.
Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Management :
- Develop and manage a diverse talent pipeline through various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
- Implement and oversee proactive sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
Employer Branding :
- Work on enhancing the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the company's culture and values.
Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Provide regular reports on hiring progress, challenges, and successes to senior management.
Compliance and Best Practices :
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Promote and implement best practices in recruitment, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Budget Management :
- Manage the recruitment budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Negotiate contracts with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
Continuous Improvement :
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
- Implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the recruitment experience.
Candidate Relationship Management :
-Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience, even for those not selected.
Collaboration with HR :
- Work closely with HR partners on workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
- Collaborate on employee retention strategies and succession planning.
