Candidate must have: Experience in sales/volume hiring (minimum 250 per year), witha good exposure to mid & senior level hiring as well
Industry preference: Retail, Pharma, FMCG, Telecom
Job Description :
- Handle the entire gamut of recruitment activities for the organization- Sourcing strategy, sourcing channel mix, selection process, recruitment, onboarding, induction
- Hire laterally, headhunt for specific positions
- Position and manage the organization's brand image in the market
- Contribute to reducing attrition
- Manage external vendor relationships
- Contribute strategically to align the organization's growth plans and budget with the hiring needs, give inputs for the budget, check attrition, implement incentive and retention strategies
Candidate Requirements :
- MBA/Masters is a must
- Minimum 10 years as a TA specialist
- Structured approach to recruitment with a mix of strong conceptual clarity, innovative ideas and the ability to get the job done
- Ability to effectively manage communication and relationships and thrive in a hands on environment
- Ability to work independently, take on responsibility and be quick of foot in a fast-paced, change-oriented culture
- Ability to work effectively with and influence all levels of employees within the organization, including executive leadership
