As a Senior Manager - Recruitment you will be responsible for managing the responsibility of hiring for a large business unit of our client's organization, You will manage a team of recruiters who will handle hiring process from sourcing to onboarding employees.
- You will work closely with Leaders of your business unit to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to retain top talent.
- The successful candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment and possess excellent communication and organizational skill and will have experience of managing hiring for more than 500+ resources annually along with his/her team.
- Responsible for driving all aspects of the recruiting process for IT positions both at all levels which includes, partnering with human resource leaders, hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Responsible for developing sourcing strategies for job specific hiring needs within tight time frames.
- Responsible for building an ongoing candidate pipeline using research, networking, outplacement services and online job database information, etc.
- Recruiting and interviewing potential candidates to select highest quality hires; understanding business/organizational challenges and providing innovative solutions that support the company's growth.
