Who you are :
- Drive special projects/recruiting initiatives to design and implement overall recruiting strategy which can result in meeting TA strategic imperatives like offering state of art candidate experience and maintaining healthy diversity pipelines.
- You will implement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights. The ability to communicate effectively is essential.
In This Role, You Will :
- Ensure assigned roles are covered with a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
- Engage with internal teams and new hires to expand your network and encourage employee referrals
- Develop drip messaging campaigns for automated candidate reach outs
- Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to develop a sourcing strategy for maintaining top quality candidate pipelines
- Research, source, attract, engage and excite candidates about opportunities at software companies
- Confirm candidate "fit" through skills/background assessments and interviewing
- Present pre-qualified candidates with a summary to the hiring manager and track progress
- Ensure that unconscious bias is removed from the selection process
- Market mapping based on skill, company, domain, etc.
- Proactively develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Promote our employer brand online and offline
- Maintain data integrity by ensuring all activities, engagements and updates on candidates are properly documented in ATS
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
We Are Looking For :
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in sourcing exceptional talent
- Proven ability to source niche engineering candidates in a competitive hot market
- Ability to maintain a high requisition volume of (15+) roles with a healthy pipeline in a fast-paced business environment.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Ability to determine general fit for engineering teams based on required and desired qualifications
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipeline
- Ability to build and maintain long-term pipeline for hard-to-fill Engineering roles
- Develop and maintain multiple strategies resulting in the engagement of passive technical candidates
- Experience advising Recruiters and Hiring Managers on activity and strategy in order to fill assigned roles utilizing data
- Technical industry knowledge and general comprehension of relevant technical skills, relevant companies, engineering communities, and university sources
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, sense of team, and a desire to learn
- Effective time-management abilities
