Job Description
As Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition, you own end-to-end Talent Acquisition function for The Client across the geographies you are responsible for. You are the custodian for the implementation of Talent Acquisition Strategy (with Quality, Timelines and Budget Utilization), and its link to business outcomes. Additionally, you are also a partner for hiring managers and people operations team members. As a manager for the team, you are also responsible for their deliverables and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a global talent acquisition team to support the organizations growth plans and hiring requirements. Manage the entire team in their execution, performance and strategic projects.
- Find the right balance between speed, quality and cost, and use the talent acquisition vendors that are already empaneled with The Client effectively. Also engage with new vendors, RPOs, executive search firms, and develop their capability.
- Understand the entire company's business context, composition, competencies, deliverables and their stakeholders and support leadership with hiring of key positions.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of global recruitment processes and ensure their execution is in line with global requirements, with a strong focus on harmonization of global policies and processes.
- Build and strengthen the talent acquisition funnel and ensure continuous tracking through various reports and dashboards.
- Enhance and own candidate experience for the interview process. Build a mechanism to capture candidate feedback in a timely manner.
- Ensure market benchmarks and internal bands are taken care of while offering a candidate and prioritize the hiring funnel basis business requirements.
- Ensure culture fit across all final candidates. Ensure all candidates undergo culture fit assessments before being offered.
- Strategize to improve the shortlist ratio, acceptance to joining ratio, adherence to process timelines and optimization of talent acquisition budget.
- Create and lead strategic projects such as talent branding, recruitment software implementation, campus placements, expansion to new geographies, industry mapping, data analytics etc.
- Be responsible for all the technical, functional, and behavioral trainings required for performance and career development of the entire talent acquisition team and own the same with the Talent Development function.
- Ensure team members, including self, abide by processes and policies of The Client - Product,
- Organizational and Statutory in nature.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Post-Graduate from a top tier school; engineering graduate preferred
- 12+ years of relevant recruitment experience, with at least 7 years of experience in managerial role
- Work exposure to international geographies such as US, Germany and APAC
- Analytical mind-set and expertise in excel and similar tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Should be able to define commit and meet deadlines
- Strong experience around creating exceptional Talent Acquisition processes
- Comfort in a data- and metrics-driven environment employing analytics in decision making
- Strong hands-on attitude with ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
