Job Description:

- You will be managing a big team of Assistant Manager, Leads and recruiters to help deliver best in class talent for our direct financial services client as we continue to grow and scale rapidly.

- Manage and support a team of Managers and leads, while also conducting weekly 1: 1s with them

- Collaborates with the clients and sales to determine position specifications, pre-screening questions, interview questions, and solve staffing challenges.

- Own end to end full lifecycle recruiting strategy for all roles your team is actively working on

- Accurately tracks and reports on activities by meticulously updating the Applicant Tracking System and other internal reporting dashboards.

- Provide additional reporting or metrics as requested

Qualifications :

- Bachelor/P.G Degree required

- At least 5+ years of management experience and 10+ years end-to-end technical domestic recruitment experience.

- Excellent time management and prioritization skills

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Outstanding analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities

- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly.

- Highly organized, with a keen eye for details
