Key Responsibilities :
- The incumbent in the role will lead the Talent Acquisition efforts and programs for India (D&I and Leadership Hiring) ,working closely with our India and global business partners.
- The incumbent in the role will act as an advisor to stakeholders across business and HR on hiring pertaining to leadership & D&I hiring across the Organziation
- He/She will set strategic direction for the function and bring in great execution skills to deliver value to the business.
- Interacting with the Business Leaders to understand the requirement and source best professionals in stipulated SLA for various D&I / Leadership mandates
- Reviewing strategies with the managers on regular basis in terms of hiring and business projections
- Identify talent pool and market availability and build a strong mechanism to support business requirements
- Devise an appropriate channel mix to ensure a market competitive cost per hire
- Design metrics to measure and improve recruitment efficiency.
Candidate Requirement :
- Should have minimum10 years of experience, with premier MBA in HR- handling D&I, Leadership hiring
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Should be a post graduate from a reputed university.
