senior manager- Talent Acquisition
Talent Acquisition Partner is accountable for company's talent acquisition process to meet the current and future talent needs of the business, managing and enhancing the current programs, implement tools and systems to attract, the desired talent, partner with internal teams to on board the right talent, and build a strong, global recruiting
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes (What the Person needs to accomplish in the role ?) :
- Manage the Talent Acquisition function for India and ensure targets/SLAs are met
- Leverage the ATS system for building robust hiring and reporting capabilities
- Create and publish Talent Acquisition dashboards
- Coordinate with external recruitment partners and drive their performance
- Manage the recruitment operations including offer roll out, onboarding, induction etc.
- Check internal and external salary parity for offer fitment and offer proposal
- Build strong, credible relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, critical stakeholders and partners, operating as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
- Assist with campus hiring and help in establishing a strong employment brand
- Deploy customised assessment practices/tools for different department/Level, when required
- Facilitate global hiring process along with the HR director
- Track and analyse recruiting metrics to measure ongoing quality of hires, process
- Seek feedback and make continuous improvements to the hiring process
- Manage complete scheduling and logistics of the interview process
- "Roll up your sleeves" and get things done. Execution orientation
Qualifications : Education, Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Behaviour) and Experience :
Minimum Qualifications :
- MBA - Full Time (Specialization in Human Resource)
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to provide effectiveness of the talent acquisition function
- High level of professionalism, personal integrity, and dependability.
- Ability to deliver results and take accountability
- Proven ability to scale technologies including Applicant Tracking Systems to meet business needs
- 7-10 Years of relevant experience
