Job Role: The incumbent will be responsible to lead talent acquisition. Key role elements include anticipating business-related risk and ensure availability of critical resource & competencies implementing talent acquisition plans in line with business. Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals, ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind, Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
- Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates and have close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
Primary responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities.
- Develop staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the organization.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.
- Appropriate and effective external sources for candidates for senior levels.
- Partner the best vendors for sourcing the right resources for the organization.
- Establish a long-term relationship with appropriate college campus across domains to make the company preferred employer at campus.
- Create a rolling plan in consultation with each department head in line with company's growth plan.
- Builds and develops cost effective channel for hiring PAN India
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and recruitment marketing tools.
- Focus on establishing talent market expertise, including a comprehensive view of the industry trends, competitor landscape analysis, and talent landscapes as part of the hiring initiative
- Plan and design the annual hiring plan, budget, and adopt hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
- Outline and Implementation of new tools and policies, also with best practices
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
- Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices and pain points, push corrective actions to improve our organization
- Determine HR & recruiting KPIs, Create & Present KPIs reports to review with CHRO
Education - MBA/PGDBM in Human Resource from premium Business School.
People Management:
- Lead a team of 2 incumbents
- Hiring of appropriate staff
- Training of people on Product, Competitive products, Consumer and Operations
- Motivation and retention of staff
- Career Planning for high potential employees within the organization
- Proactive succession planning for key roles within the Business
Skills Required:
- 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including - defining JDs, Sourcing and full life cycle recruiting, ideally in a high-growth environment, Strategy, and Supervisory for all types of employees i.e., corporate, retail and manufacturing, off role/on role/contractual.
- Have experience in developing talent acquisition strategies/Policies from the scratch
- High proficiency in recruitment tools and systems such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), Familiarity with HR databases, and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Have strong communication and presentation skills/MS office skills.
- Able to manage stakeholders within and outside the organization.
