Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Talent Acquisition function for a leading MNC in the consumer-facing sector, based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team.

- Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition.

- Manage Talent Acquisition budgets effectively.

- Drive digitization initiatives in the recruitment process.

- Enhance employer branding efforts to attract top talent.

- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver solutions.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Talent Acquisition & HRBP.

- Industry Background: Must have experience in consumer or customer-facing industries.

- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability in managing relationships with various stakeholders.

- Organizational Experience: Candidates from large or mid-sized reputed organizations are preferred.
