Primary Accountabilities
Proactively Link Business Objectives to Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Partner with senior leadership to design, plan and implement creative, best-in-class recruiting initiatives and solutions
- Build credible, trusted relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their hiring and business needs, challenges and business objectives
- Develop sourcing strategies through a variety of channels including the use of social media platforms, employee referral program, networking and unique opportunities/events, building a pipeline of diversified talent
- Stay abreast of the industry knowing where to find the best talent for our diverse and varied needs
- Research, network and maintain relationships with candidate communities, developing a deep source of talent for freelancer and/or long term staff opportunities, especially for diverse talent
- Coach and mentor internal teams on meticulous TA Process/ candidate management/ Competency based Interviewing Techniques/ Value Based Hiring etc.
Recruiting
- Attract and recruit Senior Talent for Organisation from within and from other diverse Industries
- Build active External/Internal Talent Pipeline for all levels across function for the organization
- Work with hiring managers and their teams to assist with external recruitment efforts / Internal hiring efforts (driving internal employees for different or more senior roles.)
- Guide hiring managers and decision makers by providing valuable insight and hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent.
- Source and assess candidates utilizing innovative and cost effective recruiting techniques
- Create Job Description for all positions aligned to business goals
- Manage recruitment campaigns and initiatives for project based hiring/ New business opportunities
- Coordinate and drive all recruiting efforts from sourcing candidates to making an offer
- Manage recruitment administration including all affirmative action requirements and reporting of recruitment activity related metrics
- Recommend candidates and starting salaries based on competencies, skills sets and role
- Implementation Applicant Tracking System & HRMS and ensure the system gets accepted internally & matures over the period of time
Employer Branding
- Build the Employer Brand in the talent marketplace
- Strengthen the Brand presence at Campus/ Management Institutes
- Proactively communicate to potential candidates and the talent community on new organization initiatives, key business expansion plans, success stories and job ads etc.

- Manage the Career Page alongwith complete responsibility of Organization Branding/ HR Contributions on Social Media Platforms like Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter etc.
- Manage relationships with recruiters, academic and professional groups, and with a wider audience through use of social media and other targeted outreach to key audiences; including coordination of on-campus recruiting, job fairs, conferences, and other opportunities to connect with audiences interested for association with Ozone Overseas Pvt Limited.
Profile
Knowledge and Experience
- Should have 08-12 years of experience in HRM with relevant experience in HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Employee Communications, Employer Branding, HR Budgeting, HR Strategy Planning & Execution, Performance Management and Benchmarking
- Must be MBA/PGDM in HR (Full-time)
- Experiences in the external market that will help build the brand of the organization amongst the employable market.
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in highly diverse business environments with people from varied backgrounds
- Extensive headhunting/recruitment experience, particularly with building diverse teams will help
