Sr. Manager TA
- You will manage end to end recruitment starting from self sourcing, engaging with recruitment vendors, screening, doing a first level interview with candidates to scheduling interviews with our panelists, checking feedback, rolling out offers, and pre engagement activities for leadership roles
- You will manage a team of 2-3 recruiters/leads and your team will be responsible for driving recruitment for the entire org bulk hiring/lateral hiring, introducing and driving great candidate experience, and TA reporting. You will be a key strategic resource in the People's Office.
- Have 5 + years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Have prior experience in Talent Acquisition
- Have managed a team before
- Have a solid understanding of talent landscape especially for bulk hiring/entry to mid level roles
KRA KPI:
- Closure of open positions TAT for open to offer
- Candidate exp Candidate Exp NPS
- Quality of hire Subjective. Work is to be largely done on strengthening the interviewing process and enhancing skillset of interviewers
- Cost of Hire CPH
- Employer Branding Subjective.
- Other Projects Based on interest and requirement
