Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition
Job Description:
- Lead the end to end recruitment process starting from identifying job requirements, selection, hiring process and onboarding.
- Collaborate with business leaders on strategic priorities pertaining to talent management, employee engagement activities, etc.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across all levels and functions.
- Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high performance culture.
- Ideate & execute the TA strategy in accordance with industry for the specialized roles.
- Liaise cross functionally to understand staffing needs to align and support hiring initiatives according to the priorities.
- Design and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Drive teams to evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, as well as define pre-interview assessment process.
- Promote diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process, ensuring equitable practices and outreach to underrepresented communities.
- Ensure all HR processes are complete for the function in adherence with timelines and compliance.
- Collaborate with relevant HR operational services personnel to execute HR strategies at a local and business level.
