We are looking for a Sr Talent Acquisition Manager for India's top home fabric brand.
Job Profile:
- Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.
- Consult/Coordinate with HOD's on role, descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates.
- Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume, phone screens, and candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company.
- Arrange pre-employment testing, background & references Check.
- Place and update all job postings in various sources including Social Media/Staffing partners/Job Portals
- Represent the company at recruiting events (i.e., college job Placement), providing company/job information and interviewing applicants.
- Arranging for Pre-placement talk and making the colleges aware about the company before the Placement process.
- Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote referral program and internal opportunities.
- Roll Out offer letters/Appointment letters. & maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.
- Conduct new employee on-boarding & Induction by ensuring that processes are followed and accurate.
- Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required.
- Managing Employee Engagement.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate /Post Graduate with more than 10+yrs exp into Talent Acquisition.
- Prefer someone from manufacturing background.
- Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
- Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems.
