Our client is a growing public accounting consulting firm, with significance presence in US. They are hiring for Head of TA for team in Global delivery centre.
They are looking to hire 12+ Years experienced TA Manager who has done non-IT hiring and lead TA teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible lead a team of recruiters as well as external recruitment consultants - supervise, coordinate, direct, monitor, develop.
- Oversee the planning and execution of Talent Acquisition towards ensuring quality hiring for meeting staffing goals in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Develop and implement induction and on-boarding program for new staff and ensure their alignment to the organization vision, mission and program goals.
- Comply with the Laws in jurisdictions of our operations and take corrective and preventive action as necessary.
- Build strong and professional relationships with various stake holders (external & internal).
Essential Qualification and Skills:
- Relevant Bachelor or Post- graduate qualification e.g., Human Resources, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Honors degree in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field.
- 12-16 years' experience in a Talent Acquisition role
- Prior management experience in leading Talent Acquisition at an organization
- Established history of delivering high quality results, personally and through a team
- In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
